Bio

I have long enjoyed photography. I focus on creating unique Real Estate, architectural, and landscape photographs. Photography and Filmmaking were hobbies for years; I returned to school in 2009 to pursue a degree in Filmmaking with a photography minor. I graduated in 2011 with two art degrees. 

Real Estate and Architectural Photography are amazing genres.  Even before I set up my camera, I walk the building and property to look for unusual angles that represent the distinct personality of the home or building with each room or space exemplifying that personality.

Drone video and photography is challenging and satisfying.  To see my world from a new perspective is so exciting.  With my filmmaking background, I understand how to create and edit drone video to insure it is well produced with title cards and includes music. 

I teach private lessons and small group lessons in beginning to advanced photography.  I have written four companion books, one for each level. I enjoy watching someone understand their camera and create a beautiful photographs.

As a hobby, I write screenplays and have had several short scripts filmed. I just finished a filming a short piece that will be entered into several film festivals.
